  • When is the filter being change?
    For Ibiza - filter is being changed every 12months usually, If filter is still good on it's anniversary we can check back after 3 months.
    For Barcelona - Filter is being changed every 16-18 months.

  • Can customers request for a refund?
    Per Oddy -
    No refunds shall be processed, if customers insist, we can check with him. 
    Per David -
    No refunds shall be processed, if customer insist and is insinuating to give bad reviews, etc, we can offer a 50% refund from the unused months.

* Please note that some water sources may require additional filters, which could slightly increase the starting price.

4. What are the service inclusions?
Our annual or monthly fee provides full service and maintenance of the Osmosys filter, including the filter changes and the filters themselves. We also monitor the filter's health and water quality online with live updates provided from the filter.

It also includes the rental of our top of the line Osmosis filter with re-mineralisation filter which retails for €799.


1. What do you provide in terms of equipment?

We provide the rental of our top-of-the-line Osmosis system with a re-mineralization filter, which retails for €799. This includes full service and maintenance, all necessary filter changes, and the filters themselves. Additionally, we monitor your filter health and water quality online, offering live updates directly from the filter.


2. What happens if we move?

If you move within the first year, there is a €50 service charge for relocating your unit. After the first year, we move your unit free of charge.


3. How much needs to be changed for us to have the system fitted?

The system is compact and designed for easy installation. In most cases, only minor adjustments to your existing plumbing are needed.


4. What kind of filters do you use?

Our system uses multiple stages of filtration, including a carbon filter, a reverse osmosis membrane, and a re-mineralization filter.


5. What level of filtration do you offer, and what does it filter out (e.g., microplastics, fluoride, etc.)?

Our system provides advanced filtration, removing up to 99% of impurities. It filters out microplastics, fluoride, heavy metals (such as lead and mercury), chlorine, bacteria, viruses, and other contaminants, ensuring clean, safe, and great-tasting drinking water.


6. How often do the filters need to be changed?

Filters are replaced as necessary: the first-stage and re-mineralization filters are replaced after approximately 3,000 liters, and the reverse osmosis membrane is replaced after around 5,000 liters. For most households, this equates to annual filter changes.


7. Do we have to change the filters manually, or do you handle it?

We take care of everything. A technician will visit to replace the filters for you.


8. Will there be an additional charge for filters?

No, all filters are included in the monthly rental fee, so there are no additional charges.


5. Do you charge for new Install/ reinstallation?
- We offer a free installation on our first install but if we need to move the machine before it reaches it's anniversary, we will need to charge 75€ service fee. 
- For installation that will take several hours to complete, we charge 75€ for the first hour and 50€ for the succeeding hours with 1hr free as usual.
