Seeking Reliable Installer of Water Filter Systems in Ibiza

Osmosys Ibiza, the top water filtration company in the Balearic Islands, is seeking a new team member to assist in providing the island with clean drinking water. We are looking for a dedicated individual to install and maintain our products across the island. Osmosys is in search of a candidate who is passionate about being part of a team that recognizes the significance of clean water and the detrimental effects of purchasing plastic bottles on our environment. We are offering a full-time position for someone who is not only skilled in handy work but also shares our commitment to reducing single-use plastics locally and globally. As an installer of water filter systems, your responsibilities will include:

• Having a valid driver's license in Spain.
• Demonstrating basic plumbing abilities. Full training & manuals will be provided. 
• Proficiency in using power tools, including drills, hammer drills, and hand tools.
• Providing timely and punctual service to customers.
• It's a manual job so we require someone to be physically fit and flexible to work under kitchen sinks.
• Possessing a valid work permit for employment in Spain, or the ability to work as an autonomo (self-employed individual).

No specific qualifications are needed, but we value the following skills:

• Previous experience in plumbing and some electrical work.
• No previous experience required specifically with reverse osmosis, but prior experience in plumbing and some electrical work is required.

The job will be exclusively based in Ibiza. A company van is provided.

Working Hours:

• Typically, the workday starts at 9 AM for material pickup and van preparation.
• The first customer appointment is between 9 AM and 10 AM.
• The day finishes around 5:30 PM with van drop-off and tool organization.
• 4 days a week, 32 hours per week.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Osomsys, founded in 2020 in Barcelona, is dedicated to making high-quality water filtration accessible to everyone through a unique subscription service. Customers receive top-notch reverse osmosis machines, installation, and maintenance, all included for one affordable monthly or annual fee. Our company mission is to reduce the amount of plastic used in the consumption of water.

Compensation:

• Salary: 1750€ net for 4 days per week, 32 hours per week. Plus a bonus of 25€ per client sign-up that you bring in.
• Trial period of 6 months. We are looking for someone who will be a full-time part of our team.
