Most services take 15-20 minutes, but please allow a window of 90 minutes for delays or more complicated situations. Please make sure to be available 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Same day cancellations or missed appointments where our installer is unable to access your property will incur a 25€ missed appointment charge.
